QUESTIONS ON THE VIRTUAL FAIR
1. 1. What exactly do you mean by Virtual Fair and who is it meant for?
The European Higher Education Virtual Fair (EHEVF) India 2023 scheduled on 23 and 24 November 2023, offers a 3D virtual platform for Indian school and college students to connect with 70 plus European universities and explore the higher education opportunities available at these institutions.
Students will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from European universities through webinars, live chats, video calls and to gain insights into higher education opportunities across Europe.
Students can receive authentic advice and most up-to-date information directly from university representatives through live webinars held in virtual auditoriums or chat sessions / video calls at university’s virtual exhibition booths hosted by the universities.
Students can engage in virtual roundtable sessions to meet university faculty and staff, initiating genuine conversations. They can also watch videos or download information materials from any of the 73 virtual booths set-up by the universities from the 21 EU Member States.

2. Which countries are participating in the Virtual Fair this year?
Universities from 21 of the 27 European Union Member States are participating in the EHEVF India 2023 and these include universities from -
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

2. Who can attend the Virtual Fair?
This virtual fair is open to all Indian students and professionals who are considering higher education opportunities abroad and are keen to explore what the Europe and most specifically the European Union member countries have to offer. Additionally, parents, teachers, educationists, and anyone seeking information about studying in the European continent are encouraged to participate.
3. Do I have to prepare for the Fair and is there anything I need to do to attend the fair?
You don't need to make any special preparations except for registering for the fair if you have not already done so. Please complete your registration by clicking this link " . After registering, you will receive an email. You will need to open the email and click on the included link to confirm your registration.
Next you should visit the link below to view the schedule of webinars and choose the sessions you wish to attend: https://study-europe.net/webinar-schedule. Then on the designated day and time join the virtual fair to participate in your preferred webinar session. You can attend as many webinars as you like.

You can conduct your research and decide in advance which institutions are of interest to you and with which ones you'd like to interact. University representatives from each of the participating universities will be available at their respective virtual exhibition booth for live chats or video calls during the EHEVF.
4. What is the technical preparation I have to do to attend the webinar?
No special technical preparations are necessary. Simply click on the EHEVF link that you'll receive in your email on the dates of the event, which are November 23 and 24, 2023.
Once you enter the Virtual Hall the people at the Information Desk will be happy to assist you. You can communicate with them by clicking on the Avatar of the person at the desk, opening a chat box for immediate responses. You can also use the video camera icon to speak with the staff at the Information Desk. Additionally, you can explore the virtual networking area, attend webinars in the auditorium with live Q&A sessions, and participate in special roundtable sessions To visit the virtual booth of the 70+ participating universities you could visit any of the five exhibition halls , where you can interact with the university representatives at the booth, download information material from the booth, watch videos and move to the next booth. The choice is yours.
5. How can I make use of your website www.study-europe.net?
On the homepage use the search facility to find the university of your choice by applying various filters such as Country, Subject and Tuition Fees. Once you have conducted your search function you can review the shortlisted universities one by one.
6. Is there an entrance fee?
No, there is no entrance fee for the Virtual Fair. The EHEVF is funded by the European Union. However, online registration is mandatory to gain entry. Registration is free.
7. I don't know very much about studying in European HEIs, is this, ok?
You do not need to have prior knowledge about studying in European universities. As long as you know the course or subject you would like to study, the representatives at the university’s virtual booths and speakers in the webinars will be able to explain the available options.
